Our goal was to create the landing page encapsulating the essence of user-centric design. On the contrast with other Gov Portals, VMSA had to be as convenient as possible. A convenient search engine wil answer the most important questions regarding all apects of the service.
SSO via Vilnius Login and Per E. valdžios vartus facilitates user authorisation and makes it more secure.
Service Page
Page had to show a detailed service information to assist users in making informed decisions.
When purchasing Gov services, users seek not only a detailed description, but also a clear way to purchase it, information about the duration and responsible department. This factors influence sitizens decisions, transparency and trust to the municipality.
Order Service Page
Service information and initiation is completed by the citizen via 3-step process. We empowered admins to create different forms for each type of service. For instance, advertising service asks which tekst will be used on banners.
Additionally, we empowered users to upload samles or other files to fasten the whole process.
Orders management
We empowered users to track their order status, have a consolidated view of a their orders and ask for additional help, all in a mobile-friendly interface .
No more phone calls, because a detailed order status and information page will get system updates. It also aids the municipality, since their workflow is much more organised and freedup for other vital tasks. This functionality increased efficiency about 85%.
Form Builder
We have introduced and integrated a tool for creating and modifying forms. It’s essential for the minicipality to flixibly adapt and change forms as it is required.
To facilitate this process, we integrated a native a solution to create and modify forms with ‘drag-and-drop’ functionality. Formio made it possible and streamlined the development process for our team.
