The introduction of this new system enabled automation of key processes like viewing scheduling and property management. This technological leap facilitated the launch of their franchise model, seamlessly integrating business processes and technology in new city locations.

Challanges and problems

Atlanta Realty sought to expand and establish new offices in various locations. This aspiration required a robust realty software platform to support and streamline all operational processes. Additionally, there was a need to bolster their online presence, optimise for SEO, improve lead generation with a revamped UX design, and ensure the security, speed, reliability, and independence of their software system.

Our solution

Our team, recognising the scale of responsibility, opted to design and build a software solution from scratch using React.js and Node.js frameworks. Custom CRM tailored for realtors encompassing all business processes, including call tracking, MLS and marketplace API connections, property management tools, and career development sections. The management received comprehensive analytics for each office and the entire network. We increase conversion rates 30-50% with a new user interface. Robust architecture ensured data security and scalability, fostering business growth and the launch of related projects.

They can update their information, track leads, and receive inquiries directly. Inquiries are also forwarded to the realtor’s Telegram for prompt responses.

This page features detailed realtor profiles, including contact information, experience, and reviews. Users can leave feedback and rate realtors, adding an extra layer of trust and engagement. This system ensures efficient communication and a better overall user experience.

Mortgage Calculator

The mortgage calculator provides accurate estimates from three banking partners, enhancing sales by approximately 15%. Users can easily adjust parameters such as the cost of the property, advance payment, and loan period to get a clear understanding of their potential mortgage payments. This tool includes real-time interest rates and a detailed breakdown of monthly payments, helping users make informed financial decisions.
