Homepage
The central feature of the homepage is the search tool, designed for ease of finding the right product. Following in-depth interviews with users and heat-map analysis, it became apparent that placing the search tool at the centre of the homepage would capture attention and expedite the purchasing process. This strategic placement led to a 34% increase in conversion rates.

Catalog
The catalog’s primary feature is its flexibility in displaying products based on user search criteria. It presents products relevant to the farmer’s needs and the issues faced in the field. Farmers can also view the discount policy and understand the quantity required to avail a discount. The price per liter, a standard in B2B sales for analysing deals, is automatically calculated. Other features like “Favourites” and “Compare” have a unique ‘agri’ touch.

Budget Calculator
Realising that farmers often struggle with budgeting for pesticide purchases, we created a solution to:
- Identify needed items (not just what’s left in a distributor’s warehouse).
- Determine the right quantity online without external consultation.
- Optimise the budget without compromising on pesticide quality or purchasing excess.
- Enable one-click purchases to secure the best deals from producers.
- Facilitate repeat purchases for subsequent seasons or sharing with employees. This flexible calculator offers various settings, ensuring a simple workflow for farmers: input main data, identify pesticide types and issues, set the budget, confirm choices, and click “Add to Cart”. The result is a comprehensive, tailored advice on the most suitable pesticides, with effective quantities grouped by crop, field, and type of action.
Result
Complete and descriptive advice with most appropriate pesticides to apply. Calculation sets the effective amount for the field to treat the disease and not overspend. Pesticides are grouped by the crop, field and type of action. Farmer can also check which problem can the product address and if there are substitutes. As an option, users can share the result with his team (Download a file or share a link) or simply purchase in 1 click.
In case of solution absence, the calculator advice to increase the budget and get more options. To be more flexible, calculator understands what is the recommended usage of the product per hectare and recommends the optimal amount. Farmers can always change this value if they feel like recommended minimum is enough.




Product Page
Ensuring up-to-date pricing is crucial for successful procurement, so we integrated a National Bank API for hourly ForEx rate updates. Farmers can also view the discount policy, which is applied based on the quantity ordered. Prices are calculated per measured unit and include VAT. Users can leave reviews and ratings for products and companies.
Admins can also choose a different email template if required. All custom parameters will also be applied where needed.


Characteristics & Pre-cart Modal Window
Product characteristics are cataloged as separate attributes across the database, making them searchable and filterable. Producers can specify the diseases a product treats, its chemical composition, substitute chemicals, and usage norms for each crop (showing optimal usage amounts for individual crops, a feature integrated into our calculator).
We developed a pre-cart modal window to determine the product quantity and apply the discount before proceeding to the cart.

Custom Dynamic Cart
Agrolink’s cart stands apart from typical e-commerce carts by catering to B2B marketplace needs. Features include:
- Product grouping by manufacturer.
- Group discount calculations.
- Checkout options for specific producers/sellers or all together.
- Currency-specific terms and VAT calculations.
- Business-specific information for checkout and delivery.
- No Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for large amounts, replaced by a streamlined order placement and automation sequence for supply chain stakeholders.


Order Placement
Farmers can input data or have the app populate information from their profile. We integrated a Shipping API for a comprehensive database of cities and addresses. Farmers can specify the delivery date or opt for ASAP delivery. Payment methods include online via LiqPay, Bank transfer for individuals, and Bank transfer for companies.
Payment System Integration
LiqPay calculates the final amount, including its processing commission, which is added to the deal total. As Agrolink is a platform service, farmers decide whether to opt for online processing



Admin Panel
Our team crafted a custom admin panel for comprehensive platform management. All sections are interlinked for easy navigation. Modules include:
Clients (Producers & Farmers) with approval/rejection functionality.
- Filter and search user lists by any attribute.
- Quick edit of main info, links to other sections (like user products or transactions), and account deletion.
- Bulk or individual email sending to users based on profile attributes.
Products / Goods
- Filter and search product lists by any attribute.
- Quick edit of main info, links to other sections (like orders with this product), and product suspension from the platform.
- Detailed product editing including currency, automatic availability updates, VAT, commercial details, etc.
- Report generation from product lines or by producer, based on applied filters.


Product Creation & Editing
Beyond essential functionalities, we added:
- Custom pricing, unit measurement, VAT application, and connections to producer ERP systems for product availability and other B2B features.
- SEO-enhanced attribute additions like chemicals in products or crops applications, linked to landing pages for particular chemical elements or product features, creating 10k+ additional internal links for the project.
Deals
Deal management is a substantial functionality module for both users and Agrolink admins, featuring:
- Automatic tracking system,
- Connections to three national logistics providers,
- Commenting system for enhanced communication between parties, and reporting for accounting purposes.
